This intro course aims to help you understand the seasons of our cycle: Winter, Spring, Summer, and Autumn.
It’s practical, non-clinical guidance for everyone, from your daughter to your nan, the lady at the checkout or even your dad.
This free course introduces you to the 4 seasons cycle framework.

Name and navigate your four inner seasons, so you can match your energy, focus, and sensitivity to the stage you are in.

Use a quick self-check quiz and body cues to locate where you are today and choose what’s appropriate: rest, reflection, connection, or deeper reflective work.

Time your life around your cycle phases, learn lean into Spring/Summer for socialising and connection, and protect your inner world, ready for Autumn/Winter for truth-telling, grief work, and gentle activities.

Build a personal baseline: a few prompts you’ll reuse to track patterns over weeks and notice what helps or hinders.
