Welcome to Altered Integration
Integration (noun):
The action or process of bringing parts into a whole.
This is a living hub for everything I create and support: psychedelic integration, women’s cyclical awareness, trauma-informed facilitation, creative arts, and community work.
Life, like healing , does not happen in isolation. Integration is how we make our way back to ourselves, to each other, to making meaning.
This free course introduces you to the 4 seasons cycle framework.

~ Altered Integration
Hi, I’m Antanika
I don’t share my stories, hold space, or create anything because I’ve figured it out. I do it because I don’t.
I do it because I’ve lived through enough to know we can’t do this alone. Healing isn’t just physical it’s relational, emotional, and spiritual. Whatever that means to you.
It’s the slow work of turning pain into something else.
Being the alchemist.
Pull it all in.
Then create something real from what’s left.

FAQs
-
No. We offer peer-based support, not therapy or crisis intervention. Our space is grounded in compassionate care, non-hierarchical learning, and community connection. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or need urgent support, please contact a qualified professional or crisis line.
-
We offer guidance, not solutions. My role is to walk alongside you as you explore your own path. Encouraging self-awareness, autonomy, and shared experience rather than directive advice.
-
I work from a trauma-informed understanding both lived and trained, meaning I am able to hold a container for you to explore trauma and themes that may arise. I have extensive lived experience with CSA, anxiety disorders, early ovarian failure, PMDD, ADHD, Autism and grief.
However, we do not provide trauma therapy CBT, DBT or EMDR etc. If deep trauma surfaces, I may gently refer you to trusted networks who can hold this space for you until you are ready to explore other options in healing. -
I honour the cultural, spiritual, and ancestral frameworks that shape each person's experience and connection to self and other. I am committed to ongoing training & reflection and to creating a space that is respectful, inclusive, and culturally aware.

You participation is always voluntary but very much encouraged. Sessions can be in-person or online. You are encouraged to pace yourself, practise self-awareness, and take full responsibility for your integration process and well-being. If at any point you have feedback, concerns or worries please contact me.

Yes. We always uphold confidentiality in all one on one and group peer spaces. Consent and choice are foundational—sharing is always by invitation, never expectation. We always name, respect, and celebrate boundaries. I encourage all participants to de-identify their sharings and agree to confidentiality and safety agreements.

Yes, email me.
It’s incredibly important to me that my services are affordable and accessible. I can work with any budget please just reach out, no shame, and no harm in asking.
✨My lower costs do not reflect the quality of services I provide. However, as a stay at home mum & homeschooling parent of 20 years I know that accessible and affordable supports isn’t something easily and readily available. -
