Join me (Antanika) for an online session exploring psychedelic integration through the lens of lived experience and as someone who’s supported many through the complexities of prep and integration, through both the recreational and clinical contexts. Whether you're new to integration or have been holding space for others, this session will offer insights into what works and what doesn’t, especially when honouring women's hormonal rhythms and experience. Read more about my experience here.

We will touch on:

  • Why integration is essential (and often overlooked)

  • What happens in integration groups (and what doesn’t)

  • Lessons I’ve learned (and unlearned) from years in the field—both above and underground

  • Timing integration around hormonal phases and states

  • Using altered integrations, hormonal screeners to support clients navigating intense hormonal fluctuations and conditions such as PMDD, Perimenopause, etc.

  • Learn about how lived experience peer supports can support all models of care, calling for a sharing of lessons and understanding between worlds

  • The importance of peer-led, informed spaces in psychedelic healing

We will have a 30-45-minute Q&A, so bring your questions and register below- registration is $5.
