  • One on One Psychedelic Support

    Preparation & Integration Sessions

Preparation is where we create space for clarity, safety, and intention.
Integration is where we engage and explore the insights, emotions, and shifts that arise—and gently build foundations to integrate them into our lives.

These sessions are designed to support you before and after altered state or psychedelic experiences—whether it’s your first time, your fiftieth, or somewhere in between.

As your psychedelic support facilitator, I’m here to hold space for whatever emerges—curiosity, fear, resistance, insight, grief, awe. We move at your pace, with no pressure to perform, fix, or figure it all out at once.

Every session is unique, but common themes include:

    - Navigating set and setting, intentions, and expectations.

-Emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual preparation or reflection.

    - Clarifying, identifying and exploring what’s emerging—before, during, or after the experience.

    - Exploring belief systems, doubt, and existential or spiritual shifts.

    - Differentiating fear from risk, and working through uncertainty.

    - Understanding power, trust, ethics, and consent in guided or group settings.

    - Making sense of your story and rewriting narratives

    - Reconnecting with your body Self, intuition, or inner alignment.

    - Processing identity changes, worldview expansion, or emergence.

    - Developing grounding tools and everyday practices to support ongoing integration.

  • One-on-One | Well- Being & Support Sessions

For those seeking meaningful, ongoing support outside of the psychedelic context.

These sessions are for you if:

    - You’re in a time of transition, grief, or uncertainty.

    - You’re holding wordless stories or quiet truths that need space.

    - You’re navigating emotional complexity or seeking reflection, grounding, or integration of big moments or aha moments in life.

    - You simply want a place to pause and heard & seen or celebrate something.

-Maybe you’re isolated & just need someone to ask you that one question; “Are you okay?” as the feelings well within you for being witnessed and comforted as you process the pain and release with support?

    What I Offer:

    - A slow, soft space to land big ideas, beliefs or feelings

    - Space to name the in-between

    - Presence and deep listening

    - Honouring of nonlinear processes

    - Reflection on patterns, stories, and insight

    - Compassionate conversation—without pressure or fixing

    - Guidance on how to navigate and advocate for yourself in psychological/ women’s health applications.

Come as you are, and I will meet you where you’re at.

  • Group Psychedelic Support

These offerings are for all genders and levels of experience—whether preparing for a psychedelic journey, returning from one, or exploring other altered states of consciousness. I offer grounded, lived-experience-based support in a safe and inclusive space.

    Group Psychedelic Integration Sessions:

These are safe & confidential weekly group sessions held on:
    - Wednesday evenings via Zoom.

If this day does not suit let me know.

These small group sessions are designed for those integrating altered states of consciousness—including experiences with psychedelics, breathwork, OR meditation.

In a group setting, we reflect, listen, and learn from one another in real-time. Each person’s experience becomes part of a greater web of meaning, reminding us that we’re not alone in the unknown.

    Why Group Integration?

Shared humanity — Hear others’ experiences and find echoes of your own.

Co-regulation — A well-held group supports nervous system settling and trust.

Perspective — Others can reflect insights you might not see yet.

Belonging — Be witnessed without pressure, fixing, or judgment.

Mutual learning — Everyone brings something—this is not top-down

Gentle accountability — Stay connected to your process, even after the journey.

Research from community-led integration circles, peer-support programs, and trauma-informed group work shows that being part of a reflective group improves emotional resilience, increases clarity, and supports long-term integration. We heal in relationships, not in isolation.

    - Friend and Family group sessions are also available for those who need help supporting loved ones through their psychedelic journeys and treatments.

    - Suitable for Clinical Trial Participants and Psychedelic Assisted Therapy (PAT) Participants and General Public
