This free short course has been created to help women, AFAB, men, health practitioners and anyone in between become aware of the natural rhythms of hormonal cycles, sensitivities and more, helping you work in closer relationship with body, mind and being.

What’s is Cycle Sense?

A free short course to help you understand your hormonal cycle without shame, fluff, or gaslighting.

    • A breakdown of the 4 phases of the cycle (and how they may show up emotionally)

    • Reflection prompts to track your mood, energy, dreams, and see the patterns of being

    • Downloadable tools and checklists to bring to therapy or use for at-home, in your care practices

    • Health practitioner resources for better care for clients

    • Women, young women AFAB, and gender-diverse people at any stage of their hormonal journey, puberty, perimenopause, post-menopausal or on birth control

    • Health practitioners, peer workers, GPs- any kind of health care provider

    • Men want to understand how they can work with their partners

    • Anyone feeling confused, dismissed, or disconnected from their body

    • People wanting to reconnect to their natural rhythm, without spiritual bypassing or shaming

  • I made this after years of being dismissed by doctors, therapists, and even myself.

For those who have been told

    • You’re too young for hormone issues”

    • “Another case of Dr Google”

    • “You’re just stressed.”

    • Your’re just anxious

    • You have PTSD”

    • You just need this [Insert Prescription here].

    • “You just have young kids”

You just don’t need to be told what your experience of your being is.
This is the resource I wish I had when I was trying to make sense of a time that no one else seemed to understand
